I had an absolutely amazing experience at Devon's Jewelers, thanks to Tony. He is the definition of professionalism and insight. As a Rolex novice, I've always been astonished by the brand and had my eye on a few specific pieces. Despite the crazy market demand, Tony worked his magic and secured me the stunning Dayjust with a brilliant blue face. It's a truly timeless and classy timepiece that I adore. What's even more impressive is how well Tony managed my expectations throughout the waiting process. Not only did he get me my first Rolex, but he also shared the rich heritage of Rolex, making me appreciate this beautiful piece even more. Kudos to Tony and Devon's Jewelers for an exceptional experience!

Amazing boutique. I am blown away by the lack of ego or pressure, the depth of knowledge, and time they gave me. Yes, you should come here. I am new to fine jewelry and came to learn about buying my first Rolex. The internet had me believing authorized dealers are snobby and won’t treat you well if you aren’t already doing business with them— which couldn’t be farther from the truth with DeVon’s. Heather spent 1.5hrs taking me on a journey through Rolex’s history, thoroughly answering any questions I had and telling fun stories about every little piece of the watch, like the founders childhood as an orphan selling oysters and its impact on the name of their proprietary metal. More importantly, Heather made me feel welcomed, relaxed, and let me find my own way to the right Timepiece. She gave plenty of time to connect with the each model without filling silence with chatter, and eventually I landed on my preferred options. I originally thought I may have to drive down to other dealers in the Bay Area to play the odds and be on a few wait lists but I have no doubt this is now my place. Thank you, Heather!

So this is a long story... I had been casually looking for a Rolex GMT Master II since 2012; however, it wasn't it wasn't until my grandfather passed away in 2020 and left me a small inheritance that I had decided this watch would be a great way to remember him by and I got serious about procuring one. I met with a gentlemen at DeVons who set expectations that getting such a watch could take a year or two but encouraged me to check back regularly. Well I did... for over 3 three years I checked in regularly and got handed off to several sales associates and it wasn't until I met Heather that I actually felt like I was making some traction. She was professional, empathic to my search, and sincerely was working hard to try and find me the watch. I am delighted to say that this weekend I finally was able to get the watch I had been admiring for over 10 years. I hope someday to pass it down to my children. Thank you Heather for all your hard work and support (I know it wasn't easy)!
